How Our Storage Unit Auctions Work
Before the auction begins, Linkous Auction Group will review our terms and conditions with all prospective bidders. We will announce the units to be auctioned. (Unit renters have until the time of the auction to pay their rent.) As we cut the lock off a unit and open the door, bidders can view the contents of the unit being auctioned. Bidders are NOT allowed to enter the unit, touch any items, or move any items inside the unit. Once each bidder has viewed the contents of the unit, the auction will begin. We will sell all contents of one unit together, no items will be sold individually. Winning bidders have 24 hours to clean out the unit.
Terms of Sale for our Storage Building Auction:
- Buyer’s Premium: 10%
- Payment Options: Local Checks and Cash.
- $25 Deposit for each unit.
